Lakewood Ranch, Fla., September, 2026 — Perry Homes, one of the nation’s most trusted homebuilders, celebrates the grand opening of its newest model homes in Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch, the top-selling village in this premier community.

Perry Homes hosted its largest grand opening event in Florida with an immersive model home tour showcasing its portfolio of innovative floorplans. The progressive experience began at the 90-foot model home, welcoming attendees with a coffee bar, champagne and specialty cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a flower cart and live music. Trolleys then transported guests to the 50-foot and 60-foot model homes for gelato, coastal small bites, margaritas and a dirty soda cart, live bandana chain stitching and other elevated gifts. Attendees had the opportunity to win high-end giveaways, including a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera, a luxury gift basket and a gift card to Disney.

"We are proud to bring Perry Homes to Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch, a community that shares our commitment to quality living and thoughtful design,” said Garrison Taska, Perry Homes Division President. “This expansion reflects our dedication to delivering exceptional luxury homes, where families can grow, connect and thrive in the state’s most attractive communities.”
