Kathy Britton
Owner and Executive Chair
Kathy succeeded her father, Perry Homes' founder Bob Perry, as Chief Executive Officer and now as Owner and Executive Chair of Perry Homes. Family owned and operated since 1967, Kathy is dedicated to the Perry family's over 55 year tradition of excellence in home building.
Under Kathy's leadership, Perry Homes has seen unprecedented growth expanding into Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Florida. Kathy inspires the Perry Homes' team every day with her passion and commitment to providing exceptional service, quality, and value to families across Texas.
In addition to her dedication to customers and the Perry Homes team, Kathy is committed to our community. She serves on the Board of Trustees for St. John's School, the Board of Visitors of MD Anderson, as Trustee for the Perry Family Foundation, and as a Member of the Young Presidents Organization, Gold Houston Chapter.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center.
Todd Chachere
Chief Executive Officer
Todd serves as Chief Executive Officer of Perry Homes. Prior to that he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Perry Homes since 2020 and served as COO since 2016. Bringing over 30 years of experience in home building to the position, Todd is known in the industry for his integrity, dedication to excellence, and commitment to delivering quality products and outstanding customer service.
Todd leverages his deep engineering knowledge and diverse leadership background to inspire excellence in execution across all areas of the Perry Homes' organization. Under Todd's leadership, Perry Homes has nearly doubled annual home deliveries while ensuring exceptional construction quality and customer satisfaction ratings over 95%.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
